You now understand the client’s priorities. Explain value without listing every feature or making an unsupported promise.

Study the model exchange

Need: You said consistent quality matters more than adding more content.
Fit: The shared lesson framework gives every teacher the same outcome and progress check.
Evidence: Managers can review completion and feedback in one place.
Recommendation: I would start with one team before a company-wide roll-out.
Learner does: identify the job of each part of the model before borrowing any language.

Guided role play

Learner does: Recommend a service for a clear priority.

Use keywords only. Change names, figures, reasons and actions so the message is yours.

Give prompts or keywords, not a full script. Require the learner to make the content true for the situation.

Change one condition and respond

  1. Explain why one option is not a good fit.
  2. Respond when the client asks for evidence you do not have.

Retry rule: after feedback, repeat the weakest part with one changed condition.

Take the other role or act as the reader. Change one realistic fact after the first attempt and delay correction until the message is complete.

Final role play · prove the skill

Give a two-minute recommendation with one benefit, one limitation and one sensible next step.

Success: complete the task independently and make the listener’s next action or understanding clear.
