A stakeholder requests a late change. Evaluate its value, effect on time/cost/risk and present realistic choices rather than saying only yes or no.

Handle a new change request for four minutes. Give an impact analysis, two workable options and a recommendation that adapts to one changed priority.
Success: complete the task independently and make the listener’s next action or understanding clear.
